I had a very positive experience, Dr Phillips was very kind, professional, and highly skilled, his ultrasound tech. was excellent. They both made me feel at ease and the procedure went smoothly. I also would like to comment on the front desk staff, they were knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. I came in a little anxious even though I am in the medical field and left there happy and impressed.

I had an outstanding experience from the first time I called in to my first procedure this morning! Dr. Phillips and his staff are extremely helpful and very personable. I felt like I was important and they all truly cared about me. Beautiful office and wonderful people there.

Receptionist answered when I called to make enquiry. Other vein clinics only went to voice mail. Amanda the receptionist was extremely polite Efficient and courteous. She had the answer to our questions and if not she went to enquire with staff in the office. I was given a price which was reasonable. Most other clinics would not give me a price without me coming in. I recommend the Florida Lakes Vein Center highly!!!!
