For a vein screening, our experienced vein specialists and team of considerate and skilled professionals will first do a visual exam of your concerns. Often this immediately confirms issues such as varicose veins, spider veins, skin ulcers, and more.
After the visual examination, we’ll obtain a comprehensive medical history and talk to you thoroughly about what you’re experiencing. We will listen closely and repeat the issues to make sure we understand your situation fully. You will be heard. Depending on the situation, an ultrasound may be performed to see what’s occurring in deeper veinous tissue.
All of this happens before we recommend any treatment. We are dedicated to not only providing the best approach to your issues, we want to provide care that addresses the root causes too, whenever possible. We’ll educate you on the issues, taking all the time you need so that you can make the best decisions about moving forward.
